Vancouver has been my home my entire life.  I have lived as far East as Livingston Mountain, lots of places in between and the last 20 years in Felida. I have invested in Real Estate in Vancouver for the last 30 years. I have bought starter homes, flipped houses, remodeled a home from top to bottom while living in it with my small children, bought and personally managed rental and vacation homes and built some custom homes.

I love the hunt for the perfect house or searching for the worst house that has the greatest potential with my vision.  The Real Estate world is second nature to me.  Almost all of my friends and family members are involved in Real Estate, Mortgage, or the Builder world here in Clark County.  It is what I know.
